What's the difference between a "Single User" and "School" License?
The products are identical.  If you would like to use the product in multiple classrooms within ONE SCHOOL LOCATION, please purchase the school license. Additional school licenses should be purchased for each location. The Single User license allows you to print multiple copies for use within ONE CLASSROOM or home.  Files or copies may not be distributed to other classrooms, colleagues, or friends.  Files may never be posted in a shared drive or online where they can be accessed by others.

  

I don't have Paypal or a credit card. How can I place an order?
These are the only payment options available in our store at this time.

Do you accept School Purchase Orders?
Not at this time. We recommend using our store on TeachersPayTeachers.com to place a Purchase Order.

 

The files are missing from my bundle.  Can you send me the full bundle that I paid for?
If you open a bundle that appears incomplete, this means that your bundle has not downloaded fully.  You will need to download it again, and give it enough time to fully download.  This may take a couple of minutes or up to an hour if your internet connection is slow.

 

My product is not printing.  What should I do?
This can typically be resolved by one of the following:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of your PDF Reader
  • Check your printer settings

I can't find where I saved my product.  Can you send it to me again?
Please forward a copy of your receipt to support@trilliummontessori.org and let us know that you need a new download link. You can find your receipt by running a search for "Trillium Montessori" in your email.  You can also log in to your account in our shop and review past orders there. Email us with your order number if you cannot find your receipt.

 

I paid for an order but I didn't receive the download link.  What should I do? 
Check your spam folder or promotions tab in gmail if you don't find the email in your inbox.  Also try running a search for "Trillium Montessori" to see if it was filtered into another folder.

Please forward a copy of your receipt to support@trilliummontessori.org and let us know that you did not receive your download link.  If you did not receive a receipt, that means your order was not processed. You can find your receipt by running a search for "Trillium Montessori" in your email.  You can also log in to your account in our shop and review past orders there. Email us with your order number if you cannot find your receipt.
